CADENCE
Weekly
Biweekly
Monthly
At Deeply, we believe that therapy is most beneficial when it mirrors the need in an individual’s life. Our recommended cadence allows the client to build therapy into their routine based on the level of need.
Weekly for when clients are actively dealing with difficult issues or are in crisis.
Biweekly (every other week) for working on deep healing and breaking destructive patterns.
Monthly for maintenance and to stay on top of emerging issues - before they become crises.
ON-CALL
Last minute sessions and extended sessions are available for clients in crisis or in need of extra support. These appointments may be offered virtually or in person depending on availability and nature of the visit.
TEXTING
Texting between sessions to manage the occasional minor crisis is encouraged, though also at the therapist's and client's discretion.
LOCATION
In-person
Virtual
Phone
Sessions are available in-person at our office in Highland Park, Los Angeles, virtually through a secure and confidential server, and by phone.
Therapy services are currently only available to individuals residing in California. Coaching services are available to clients primarily residing in the United States.
A NOTE ABOUT VIRTUAL
Virtual therapy is not a less engaged or less valuable service. Virtual sessions offer accessibility for people whose lives are busy or overwhelmed, lessening the burden of travel, childcare, time off work, etc.
Virtual sessions are also a great option for people who feel more comfortable being vulnerable in their own space and would benefit from access to pets or objects that may offer comfort and safety while discussing potentially difficult topics.
A NOTE ABOUT HYBRID
A hybrid model allows for clients to choose what appointment works best for them based on their schedules and accessibility.
All clients are considered "hybrid" and encouraged to maintain continuity of care through virtual sessions when regular in person opportunities are not available. Conversely, clients who utilize virtual sessions exclusively are encouraged to attend at least one session in person if in he local area.
